  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
  • 1/2 pkg. 100 Calorie Pack Oreos
  • 1 tsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional)
  • 10 fl. oz. Skim Milk, Almond Milk or Soy
  • 3-5 Ice Cubes
  • Blend and Enjoy!

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
  • 1 or 2 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookies
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 pieces of cubed ice (you can use more or less)
  • Blend it and Enjoy!

 

High-Protein Oreo Shake

  • 250 grams fat-free cottage cheese (low sodium!)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 oreo cookies
  • 1 teaspoon truvia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Blend cottage cheese.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Add more milk if a thinner texture is desired
  • Chill for one hour before you drink it
  • Enjoy it!
